WHOMMAS, Section 07.15.340, Atka Statutes, emirs the Borough to enact
a zoning ordinance and provides for its administration, enforcenent and amendment, and
WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH has pursuant thereto adopted Chapter 5
of its Code of Ordinances and Resolutions, which provides for pair and zoning
provisions and procedure, and,
WHEREAS, Section 24 of Subchapter 2 of Chapter 5 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that the Borough Assembly may by
amend, supplement, modify,
repeal or otherwise charge the zoning regulations
