FY1966-21 Zoning Ordinance Townsite of KodiakKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDINANCE NUMBER 66 -21 -0 WHEREAS, Section 07.15.340, Aka Statutes, empowers the Borough to enact a zoning ordinance and provide for its administra tion, enforcement and amendment; and, WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH has pursuant thereto adopte. Ordinance No: 64 -5, and WHEREAS, Section 23 of Ordinance No. 64 -5 provides that the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY may by ordinance amend, supplement, modify, repeal. or otherwise change the zoning regulations and boundaries of dis- tricts, and, WHEREAS, according to the comprehensive plan adopted by the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fif- teen (15) of U.S. Survey No. 3098, Mill Bay Road Extension to the 1 Townsite of Kodiak, have been zoned and are now classified as Residential Unclassified, and WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH has been petitioned by HARRY FELTON, owner of Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of USS 3098, Mill Bay Road Extension, and ANTHONY J. PEREZ, owner of Lot Thirteen (13) of USS 3098, Mill Bay Road Extension, for a re- classification of Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of U.S. Survey No. 3098, Mill Bay Road Extension to the Town - site of Kodiak, and, said Petition has been considered by the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembly of the KODIAKFISLAND BOROUGH that Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of U.S. SurveyNo. 3098, Mill Bay Road Extension to the Tow of Kodiak, now classified as Residential Unclassified be and the same are hereby reclassified as Business, and that notice of this ordinance be given by ptblication in the Kodiak mirror one week prior to the second reading of this ordinance and that a public hearing be held thereon on the date of the second reading and that publication of this ordinance be made by posting a copy Page One, ORDINANCE NO. 66 -21 -0 hereof on the Borough Assembly bulletin board for a period of ten (10) days following its passage and approval and publishing a resume' hereof in the Kodiak Mirr o r� together with the Notice of Public Hearing thereon and mailing a copy of the same to the Kodiak Mirror.
