FY1966-16 Annual Review of Pay SchedulesALASKA:
AN ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL REVIEW AND
ESTABLISHING OF PAY SCHEDULES AND GENERAL TERES AND
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, ALASKA, AND PROVIDING THAT
CHANGES SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON THE FIRST DAY OF
THE FOLLOWING FISCAL YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH,
SECTION 1. The pay schedules and general terms and conditions of
employment of all employees of the Kodiak Island Borough shall be reviewed annually
by the Borough Chairman and Borough Assembly and established by resolution of the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly during April of each year._
SECTION 2. Any changes by such resolution in either the pay schedules
or general terms and conditions of employment as set forth in prior resolutions .
shall become effective on the first day of the following fiscal year.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Notice of this ordinance shall be given by publication in the Kodiak
Mirror one (1) week prior to the second reading of this ordinance and a public
hearing shall be held thereon on the date of the second reading, and publication
of this ordinance shall be made by posting a copy hereof on the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
bulletin board for a period of ten (10) days following its passage and approval
and publishing a resume hereof in the Kodiak Mirror, together with the Notice of
Public Hearing hereon, and mailing a copy of the same to the Kodiak Mirror.
