Please be advised that the Borough Assembly at its July 7, 1983
regular meeting denied your request to leave Mr. Dillard's recreational
vehicle on Tract B -4A, Bells Flats Alaska Subdivision.
In light of this denial, it becomes necessary to request that the
recreational vehicle be removed from Tract B -4A as soon as possible.
If you have any questions of us regarding this matter, please do not

SUBJ: Information for Assembly's July 7, 1983 meeting
RE: Temporary Use Permit, Tract B-4A, Bells Flats Alaska
Subdivision.
Brechan Enterprises, Inc. is requesting Assembly permission
to allow a recreational vehicle to remain on Tract B-4A, Bells
Flats Alaska Subdivision. This vehicle was first noted on the
property on June 16, 1983. The occupant is one Dan Dillard
wh6 is employeed by Fishbach and Moore.
The vehicle is an 8' x 40' fifth wheel recreational vehicle.
Water, sewer and electric power services are available on site
from the vacated Production Services camp.
Section 17.24.010(K) of Borough Code permits "dwelling units
for a watchman or caretaker on the premises." .For the previous
PSI facility the Planning and Zoning Commission's interpretation
of the Code, on March 23, 1983, was "the temporary construction
camp and other activities associated with the construction of
the Terror Lake project transmission line are permitted uses
in. I-Industrial zoning districts."

Recreational Vehicle to be used, both as an Office .and
Lodging. The term of this Use Permit shall be for the -
length of the contract, for the Terror Lake Transmission
Line. Anticipated completion date, mid_IDecember,-1983.
