The placements of the trailer, freezer van, and the new construction between the rear of
the store and the apartment, have all been done without the required zoning compliance permits
being issued. The total number of required on -site parking spaces is not being provided. And
finally, the correct square footage of the residential - addition recently added was not fully
disclosed atthe time of your application for zoning compliance and therefore, the correct fee for
construction Waste has not been paid.
Your use of the neighbor's property for your business and personal use is a private
property matter, and resolution of this issue will be left to the respective owners.
