`I 8 AN ORDINANCE OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
9 BOROUGH AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. FY2015-01, FISCAL
ID YEAR 2015 BUDGET, BY AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND (FUND
11 100) AND THE REPLACEMENT AND RENEWAL FUND (FUND 469)
12 TO FUND PAINTING OF THE PORT LIONS SCHOOL

14 WHEREAS, the Port Lions School needs to be painted this Summer; and
15
16 WHEREAS, it is estimated that painting this school will cost $131,000; and
17
18 WHEREAS, the funds are available in the General Fund.

20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
21 BOROUGH that:

23 Section 1: This ordinance is not of a general application and shall not be codified; and
24
25 Section 2: The FY2015 budget will be amended by increasing the use of fund balance
26 and transfers out in the General Fund by $131,000 and increasing the
27 Transfers In and creating a Port Lions painting project in the Renewal and
28 Replacement Fund (Fund 469) for $131,000.
