I purchased this property in October of 2007. This fall, I have cleared out loads of trash, accumulated over years of neglect. I have had KEA disconnect the power from the structure, and taken the opportunity to plan for new construction that meets current development codes, and benefits the neighborhood / community. The existing structure is uninhabitable and it has no value as salvage. All that remains are costs for demolition and disposal, which create a negative value situation. The existing structure will be removed as weather permits over the next several months. Please consider that the assessed value of the existing structure should be reduced to $0.00.
