The Borough and Contractor have agreed, upon a sco e of P work, to providie construction project management, as specifically described in Exhibit, A. Scope of Work,, Exhibit B, Contractor's, Proposal, and Exhibit C, Request for Qualifications. 'No substitutions or, other ,changes shall, be made without th.e written consent of the Borough. 8,0 TIMELINESS OF PERFORMANCE. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. Contractor's failure to meet any such deadlines o performance may adversely imperil other contractual, o'bligation.sof the Borough. ILO iNSURANCE. This, Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties as to the services to be: rendered by the Contractor'. All previous or concurrent agreements, representations', warranties, promises, and conditions, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement a,rel superseded by this, Agreementi. 24.0 COMPLETION OF WORK, TERM. OF AGREEMENT. FundinA The project is funded through voter-approved general obligation bonds and, State of Alas ka Legslative Grants. Seventy, percent of the bond amount will be reimbursed by the State ofAlaska.
